Welcome to Yori Walks & Care! By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms exist to ensure the safety, clarity, and quality of care for both your pets and our team.

We gladly care for all pets that are manageable and non-aggressive. We reserve the right to decline services if a pet is unsafe to handle (e.g., aggressive behavior or inability to be safely walked by our staff).

We recommend booking by the evening prior. Same-day requests are accepted if availability allows, but we cannot guarantee openings once our day has been scheduled.

For new clients, we require a meet-and-greet prior to starting services unless it's an emergency or exceptional situation.

We accept multiple forms of payment across various platforms. Payment is required before services begin, except in the case of bundles, which must be prepaid at the start of the month.

We walk pets solo or in small groups (max 3) only if they are from the same household.

Separate walks for pets in the same household may incur additional charges due to added time.

In case of emergencies, we will transport your pet to your preferred vet or the nearest available clinic. A travel fee will apply based on California's per-mile reimbursement rate.

Yori Walks & Care is fully insured and bonded. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure your pet's safety. However, clients acknowledge that pets are living beings and that injuries, illnesses, or accidents, though rare, may occur. In such cases:
